One of the only ways that the almighty garlic bread can be improved upon is by adding cheese. And that’s exactly what we’ve done with these Stuffed Garlic Cream Cheese Rolls. There’s richness from the cream cheese, ooey goodness from mozzarella, and plenty of buttery herb flavor. Pretty much, these rolls are the side dish of our dreams. Let’s get into how they’re made!
The filling is made from a mixture of cream cheese, mozzarella, and fresh minced garlic. Once thoroughly combined, it’s piped into each roll until it’s full to the brim. Pour a simple garlic butter sauce over the top and pop those babies in the oven for about 12 minutes. Thankfully it’s a short bake time because your house is about to smell incredible!
