INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb okra, washed and dried, stems trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pinch black pepper
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 425˚F. Toss all ingredients together in large bowl.
- Spread okra mixture on rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 9 minutes then carefully remove from ove. Turn each piece with tongs and return to oven.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until second side is as crisp as the first. Taste and add more salt and pepper if desired.
