No-Bake Chocolate Protein Bars

    • 1 cup of old-fashioned oats
    • 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
    • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
    • ½ cup of milk
    • 1 cup of peanut butter
    • 3 tablespoons of honey
  1. Combine the milk, peanut butter, and honey in a large bowl. Microwave for 15 seconds. Stir and microwave for an additional 15 seconds.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl.
  3. Line a 8×8 pan with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly in the pan.
  4. Freeze for at least 15 minutes. Cut into bars [I made 8].
  5. Store in an air-tight container in your freezer or fridge for up to one week.
