I love to entertain with family and friends. This is one of my many hor devours I love to make. They are so easy to make. Try this for your next cocktail party. Happy Cooking!sw:)

I had to modify the recipes for allergies but it came out soooooo GOOD. I left out the bleu cheese. I added 1 teaspoon of parmesan cheese. I used minced garlic, (rehydrated) and left out the spring greens. I used canola oil instead of olive oil. And I used deli roast beef. Even with all the changes, it was wonderful. MOM and Sis LOVE roast beef, so it was a big winner with them.
-This does look yummy, but I need help with something. Is there an easy way to acquire beef tenderloin or do you cook it yourself? In a weak moment, do you think I could substitute a quality deli roast beef? Thanks
