Cucumber salad has always been one of MY FAVORITE fresh veggies dishes to eat. Coming from a German family my mom would make this salad just as this recipe describes. I’ve had it with a creamy sauce before but nothing beats this German-style version. The apple cider vinegar adds just the right amount of tang to the salad and I love the crunchy onions and dill fronds.
