The Last Party Dip You Will Ever Need


8 slices bacon, chopped (plus extra for garnish, if you like)
1 pound lean ground beef
8 ounces cream cheese
1 AND ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes
½ cup to 1 cup BBQ sauce (amount depending on your taste, 1 cup gives you more creamier and BBQ flavor)
1 teaspoon Italian dried herbs


1. Brown the bacon in a large skillet. Remove and set aside.
2. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Stir in all other ingredients and the cooked bacon. If you cooked extra bacon for garnish, refrigerate it for later.
3. Transfer the mixture to a 3½ – 4 quart slow cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until hot and bubbly.
4. Stir well before serving with chips, crackers or vegetable sticks.
