- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 tablespoons raw honey (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor and refrigerate overnight. The chia seeds will gel thickening the fruit puree. Add additional fruit if you like your jam chunky. Ready to eat in the morning.
