Royal Hawaiian Cheesecake Delight

Ingredients:
4 King’s Hawaiian Rolls
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 cup fruit preserves (e.g., raspberry, blueberry)
Powdered sugar for dusting
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the tops off the Hawaiian rolls and hollow out the centers to make room for the filling.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add the sour cream and eggs, beating until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the hollowed rolls, filling them up to just below the rim.
Drop a spoonful of fruit preserves on top of the cream cheese mixture in each roll.
Place the filled rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the filling is set and the rolls are lightly golden.
Let cool for 10 minutes before dusting with powdered sugar.
