Raspberry Grand Marnier Cheesecake

I have made this cheesecake a few times now and I can honestly say it’s one of the best I’ve ever had! It is absolutely delicious! The cake itself is to die for (I love New York style cheesecake), but then you add the decadent sauce on top…like my Mom says “It’s like an angel’s piddling on your tongue!” (Sounds disgusting, but it’s actually a high compliment!)
It’s big, creamy and delicious. Enjoy

-The brownie cheesecake is so good, you can cut up your own brownies in it or buy them. The raspberry chocolate was a really big hit too. I make the cinnamon apple one in the summer because it’s very light and easy to make too. Try one at a time, I would do the brownie one first. Oh there’s one for a banana cheesecake too, great way to use bananas that are ripe but I didn’t put that one on. Let me know what you think as you make them.
-Your more than welcome Dee. Your up so early for the West Coast?? Your Carmel Apple Cheesecake is definitely one I will try. I’ve got a few cheesecakes on here that are much easier than this one. There are a few girls on here that have made fabulous cheesecake. I recently did a pumpkin cheesecake to die for but that was for the fall. Do you find that granny smith apples cook all the way through in your Carmel Apple one? They are such a hard apple. Thanks
