Cuban mojo pork has definitely become some of my favorite pork over the summer. My friend and I went out for Cuban food this summer, and I’ve been back several times since then. It’s amazing, especially paired with the Cuban black beans and rice, mango, and tostones.
I know that I could save a lot of money by making it at home. Luckily, I just found this amazing looking recipe!
Since this is a big ol’ hunk of meat, it does take a while to make. You’re looking at about 2 hours. It will be great for those cold, wet, icky weekends when you don’t want to leave the house. Your oven will be on, which will heat up the house. You can stay cozy in your comfy clothes. This is definitely a great winter recipe.
