INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
- 8 oz shredded carrots (about 3 carrots)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION
- Combine cabbage and carrots in large bowl. In smaller whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, whipping cream, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss well to fully coat each piece. Allow to sit in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving for flavors to combine.
- Serve cold and keep any leftovers in refrigerator.
