Ingredients
Pumpkin Bread:
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
- 4 large eggs
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Glaze:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 2 (9-inch) loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

In a medium bowl, whisk together pumpkin, eggs, water and vegetable oil.

Stir pumpkin mixture into flour mixture until well combined. Pour batter into prepared pans.

Bake for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove from pans, and let cool completely on a wire rack.
Glaze:

Mix all ingredients together and pour 1/2 of ingredients over each bread. If too thin then add a little more powdered sugar. If too thick then add a little more milk.
