December is here and Christmas is just around the corner, yay! I’m a winter person. I was born in winter (January 1) and Chistmas is one my favorite time of the year, so we’re going to share lots of delicious, plant-based recipes for the holidays and also a Christmas gift guide for you guys. I’m so excited!
Everybody loves balls and truffles, they’re so easy to make, tastes amazing and can be a nice present. I love food so much, so I’m so happy when someone prepares something delicious for me with all her or his love.
But you don’t have to make these coconut snowballs only for Christmas, they’re a super tasty dessert or snack for any time of the year. The’re perfect for athletes, students or people who want something sweet made with natural ingredients: shredded coconut, almond flour and maple or agave syrup, that’s all! And they’re ready in 15 minutes. You really NEED to try them!
