If you’re like me, once I start a DIY project, I have to finish it, even if it doesn’t come together ”as seen on Pinterest”, which is where I get some of my project ideas. Such was the case with this CD case greenhouse. When I saw it, I thought “Wow! That’s something that I can use and it looks fairly simple to make”. Not really….
Come with me as we take this journey together.
I began with empty CD cases. You can either remove unused CDs from their cases or you can purchase empty CD cases. I used both.
To make the sides of the greenhouse,
A-I used 6 of the front, clear part of the CD case. The two pieces just snap apart.
B-I laid them out with the edges touching
C- and used E6000 to glue the edges together
D-And then taped them together using painter’s tape. The tape helps to clamp them until they dry.
I made two panels of 6 so I had two sides of 6 clear pieces and allowed them to dry at least 24 hours.
