– This cake is good; but not as good as I was anticipating. If I had to make it over again, I would double amount of the nut, cinnamon and brown sugar mixture and put half of it inside the cake and half on top. It would add to the taste of the overall cake. The top was excellent because the pecans got toasted in the oven. 8/5/13
– Turned out wonderful! Made it today in a sunflower flute shaped pan and it was beautiful and delicious! Had some friends over for coffee and they enjoyed it, my mom asked for the recipe! Thank you for sharing this recipe and congrats. on the blue ribbon! Five Stars!
