Beer Bread is a “staple” in our fall and winter meal plan. Anytime I make a soup, especially chili, I add a loaf of beer bread to the side. While you can buy it in a boxed mix, you can also make it at home with ingredients you probably already have on hand! I thought the only way to make beer bread for the longest time was out of a box! Beer Bread makes everything taste better, doesn’t it? The crunchy top, butter covered crust, and soft texture makes it perfect for pairing with soups and salads any time of year! I find myself making it more often than not in fall and winter, when I am making soups and crockpot meals. Once I find a good recipe, I just make it over and over again! Considering I have made this soooo many times over the years, I thought now was the time to share!
