S’more Pudding Cookies


  • 3/4 cup butter softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 3.4-oz box instant vanilla pudding dry mix
  • 2 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 sheets honey graham crackers finely crushed
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate chips milk chocolate or semi sweet


  • In a large mixing bowl cream butter and sugars together using a hand mixer
  • Add in pudding mix and beat together until combined
  • Beat in the eggs and vanillae extract
  • In a small bowl, stir crushed graham cracker crumbs, baking soda and flour until evenly mixed
  • Add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients and beat until well incorporated
  • Stir in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly mixed in
  • Roll into small balls (I used about 1 tablespoon of cookie mix per cookie) and place onto parchment lined cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes. You want these cookies to be slightly under-cooked.
