Smoked Salmon Spread Is Outstanding on Your Buffet Table
Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill or 1 tab. dried dill
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
3 ounces smoked salmon, minced

DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Cream the cheese in an electric mixer fit w/ a paddle attachment until just smooth.
Step 2
Put the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, mustard, salt, and mix.
Step 3
Put the smoked salmon and mix well with a bendable spatula
Step 4
Chill & serve w/sliced Baguette or crackers.
