My mother used to make Cavatini for me on special occasions. Unfortunately, I never got her recipe. So, I came up with the closest I could find and added some lower fat options since I try to make healthy food for my family. My kids LOVE it (had seconds AND thirds!). I hope you like it, too!
-I LOVE this recipe. I have made it several times and it’s always a hit. I LOVE Mezetta’s brand of sauces. All natural ingredients and no sugar added.
Some are talking about printing the recipes. I always copy and paste to WORD as well as “pinch” it. This way it’s always in a plce I can find it. It’s kind of my back up to “pinching” it. I always put the title at the top with jap.com/recipe source. This way should something happen with the site or a recipe is removed I still have a source for it. Just a thought.
-When I print out these recipes, I use the print button (located below the Social Network buttons and the cook’s comments about the recipe?). When I do this, I get the recipe only. Is that what you do?
-My comment about the recipe is it looks good. Haven’t tried it yet. I have only one complaint. As I tried to print this recipe, I ended up with 11 pages of unwanted information. Please put the recipe, contents and any needed info together. Don’t spread it out over so many pages. What a waste of my paper.
