We purchased a large coffee table from an auction house where we buy a lot of furniture. It was solid wood with dents and scratches, so we knew we could make it look great!
Here it is with all of those dent, scratches and discoloration on the sides and top, but that was what made it so appealing to redo.
Ooh, all that worn wood on the top. Many people might sand it down and restain it, but we love using chalk paint and distressing it ourselves.
