– I just made this with one pkg. taco seasoning, and I didn’t have any tomato soup so used one can of nacho cheese soup instead of two cans of tomato..I used the regular size ro-tel..it turned out fantastic!!! I will make this one again..and what a great dish for a pot luck or to serve for company! Easy to make and oh, so good!!! Thanks for the recipe!
– i took this recipe and added refried beans on the bottome of the pan then put the chips on top, to my burger mix, i added spanish rice and let it cook til the rice was done. I added that on top of the bean and rice and added the rest of the ingrediants and it was a major hit around my house. I like to take someones else recipe and add my own twist to it.
