- 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 5 cups cold heavy whipping cream, divided
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate
Cherry topping:
- 8 ounces cherries frozen or fresh pitted and diced into small pieces
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
