I just kept wrapping and gluing the twine all the way up the flowerpot, and I did my best to keep all the rows straight. It’s pretty easy to do if you get your first couple of rows lined up! Then you’re just building the rows, each one above the

next, till you get all the way to the top!

Once I had the flowerpot covered in the jute twine, I wanted to add some color! As y’all know, if I’m adding color, it’s usually going to be my FAVORITE one! This time I picked Deco Art Americana acrylic paint in Sweet Mint. It’s such a beautiful color! I started painting the twine, and since I was able to keep my rows fairly straight, I was able to use the twine as a guide to paint too! You can paint as much as you want, but I kept mine toward the bottom of the pot for just a pop of color.

All I needed to do now was fill that pretty pot full of my favorite mix of greenery and find the perfect place for it on my porch! This super quick makeover changed this bland pot’s entire look! We took this plain terra cotta pot and made it a trendy new springtime piece that will transition right into summer!

Thank y’all so much for spending some time with me today! I’ll be back soon with more fun ideas. Until then, I hope you’re gearing up for springtime and sunshine and all the fabulous things! See you soon!
