Chocolate Bliss Bundt Cake

What is there not to love about chocolate pudding, chocolate chips, chocolate ganache, snickers candy bars and, oh yeah, how about some caramel, too?? And, yes, all in one amazing cake! *~Drool~* ENJOY! The original recipe comes from a Betty Crocker magazine, but I changed it to be from scratch instead of using a cake mix (it’s how I roll…) and I changed out a few of the ingredients and toppings. UPDATE: Because of requests, I’ve added the boxed cake mix instructions to the bottom of the recipe for those that may not want to follow the scratch recipe.
-So today was my ns 45th birthday and he loves chocolate cake. So I surprised him and made this one. Everyone at the restaurant got to enjoy the cake some. His MIL wants the recipe so I am going to share it. Chocolate Bliss is the right name for it. Thanks for sharing with all of us!
-I made this and it tasted Great!! But I found the cake batter was thick like the recipe says until I added the chocolate milk. I was worried it would not turn out.
And the Ganache was very thin (like water). I didn’t know if that was right, so I thicken it with some powdered sugar. Was it suppose to sink into the cake??
If anyone knows the answers, I would love to know what I did wrong.
