-I made this last night and it was super easy. The flavor is fabulous, and the family loves it. I think I’d like to try doubling the recipe for the caramel layer alone. It tastes like the brown sugar fudge my mother-in-law used to make.
-LOL….had planned on just lying around in bed and taking this chance to check out what’s new…BUT! – after reading THIS recipe & realizing I have all the ingredients ….I’ve decided I’ve GOT to get up and try making this one…. sounds YUMMY! 🙂
-Woopie ~ No candy thermometer!! I think this will ‘nose out’ my other fudge recipes. I’ll be waiting to make this until after my class reunion this summer.
