Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Add diced onion, garlic, salt, and pepper to the beef, cooking until onions are translucent.
- Stir in BBQ sauce and remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half the mozzarella, and half the cheddar.
- Grease a baking dish and spread a layer of meat mixture on the bottom.
- Place lasagna noodles on top, followed by a layer of ricotta mixture, bacon crumbles, and shredded cheese.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of mozzarella and cheddar on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
