Ingredients
1 pound Johnsonville hot sausage
1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia cream cheese
½ cup water
2 (8 ounce) packages of Pillsbury crescent rolls
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 °F.
In a skillet, cook sausage and crumble into small pieces. When it is cooked through, drain excess grease and add cream cheese and water until the cream cheese has melted. The purpose of the water is to thin down the mixture.
Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray. Roll out one of the packages of crescent rolls in the bottom of the baking dish to make a crust. Spoon the sausage mixture on top of the crescent rolls. Roll out the other package of crescent rolls and place on the top as a crust.
Bake until the top is golden brown, about 25-30 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
