Weight Watchers Strawberry Pancake Poppers
Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups of Kodiak Pancake Mix
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 3 tablespoons of egg whites
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • Sugar Free Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
  2. In a mixing bowl combine pancake mix, water, egg whites, and chopped strawberries
  3. Fill mini muffin tins with the muffin batter and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. You can dip in sugar free maple syrup.
