I got this recipe from my Italian girl-friend from work. This was actually the first time I tried Jumbo stuffed shell, and I love it so much! The three different cheese just makes it so delicious, that you would want to eat more and more of it. It is amazingly delicioso! Yummo!
-Wonderful, my first time for making stuffed shells, the Hubs even thought it was delicious. I added an Olive Garden inspired salad and whole clove loaf of garlic bread. We had a fabulous meal. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
-I made this the other night with the following changes; I did not have fresh spinach so I substituted Swiss Chard, and also used a meat sauce for half the recipe for the meat lovers in my family. Both changes worked extremely well.
-I made this delicious dish a couple of times since you posted it. One time I used the jumbo shells and the other I couldn’t find the jumbo so made with the regular size shells. Always enjoyed by friends and family. Thanks for a delicious pasta dish!
