These Simple Exercises Provide Foot Pain Relief in 5 Minutes!

 

– Rock Out

You should pock onto the outer edge of the foot and the inner edge. It is advisable to do both feet at the same time as well as do each side 10 times. This could help alleviate foot pain and prevent ankle injuries.

– Toes and Fingers

Simply sit with the legs in front out you and the toes pointing up at the ceiling. Next, you should lean forward and lace the fingers with the toes. Afterwards, pull gently back. In case you cannot do both feet, use one foot at a time.

– The Toe Raise

All you need to do is lift your toes. Although it does not seem to be difficult, some people may find it hard to do. Simply stand on your feet and then lift your toes upward. Make sure you lift your small toe in the same way and the same height as your great toe. Repeat the same procedure 5 times for each foot.

– Toe Lifts

Stand on your feet and then lift your toes upward. Make sure you lower your great toe, while keeping the other toes up. In case you cannot lower your great toe, then you should lower your small toe instead. Alternate. Do 5 repetitions for each toe on each foot.
