Slow Cooker Irish Soda Bread

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Flour
3 tbs Butter, Softened
1 tsp Baking Powder and Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbs Sugar
1/3 cup raisins
3/4 Cups Buttermilk

Directions
Mix the first five ingredients in a bowl. Stir in the butter with a hand held mixer until the dough is crumbled. Add in the milk slowly, a little bit at a time until it’s a doughy consistency. You might not need all of the milk. Fold in the raisins. Knead the dough out on a floured surface for about a minute and then shape it into a round loaf.
Grease your slow cooker and place the loaf into the slow cooker. Cut and x into the top of the loaf. Cook on high for about 2 hours or until golden brown.
