These are amazing!! Great for parties,socials,and to eat all by yourself while you are reading..OOOOpppss,did i say that???!!.. U will love these.. You also can roll these in cocoa powder as shown

-This is truly a Blue Ribbon recipe! I had only 1 cup of peanut butter so made 1/2 recipe. i made 70 small bite size truffles, half of which I dipped in chocolate and the other half my son prefered without the chocolate. Within a couple of days these were all gone. Delicious but dangerously addictive:) Thanks for posting & Congrats on this fabulous recipe!
-I’m sure you can freeze them. I freeze “Buckeyes” and they are just as good. I have let them thaw out or have eaten them frozen. They are both made with soft centers, so I think the Buckeyes would be similar to your recipe.
