1 lb of cube or round steaks.
3 (3:4 ounce) envelopes of beef gravy.
3 cups of water.
1 sliced onion (optional).
Sliced mushrooms (optional).
2 white peeled and quartered potatoes (optional).
In a saucepan, mix together the gravy packet mix and water and bring to a boil.
In a crockpot, place the meat and pour the gravy mixture over it.
Add the sliced vegetables if you want to and cook for 8 hours on low.
