Butter Bath Corn

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 ears corn, shucked and snapped in half
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
PREPARATION
  1. Fill a large pot halfway with water and place over medium-high heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, then add the milk, butter, and salt. Add the corn and reduce heat to medium. Boil 8 minutes.
  3. Remove corn with tongs and serve. Enjoy!
