INGREDIENTS
- 6 ears corn, shucked and snapped in half
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
PREPARATION
- Fill a large pot halfway with water and place over medium-high heat.
- Bring to a boil, then add the milk, butter, and salt. Add the corn and reduce heat to medium. Boil 8 minutes.
- Remove corn with tongs and serve. Enjoy!
