it was ok. would probably not make again, but that’s because we don’t like spicy so I used only a couple of red pepper flakes which made it a little sweet for us. My fault not the recipe
Boyfriend loved this. I added much more red pepper flakes and some Siracha sauce to the sauce to offset the amt of mayo it called for though. Was a fun dish to try. We were stuffed afterwards!
I like it! I used Hellman’s light mayo to ease up on the fat. I’d be curious to try different brands of sweet chili sauce, but we loved the non-fried version. AND we used zucchini noodles instead of pasta. FABULOUS!! 😀

I made this for my daughter’s birthday dinner. She loved it. My son is just coming around to liking seafood and he loved it. Extremely easy to make and doesn’t take long.
