INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz dried beef
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons half and half
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup pecans halves
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté pecans in butter until toasted, 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add dried beef, green onions, garlic, half and half, and stir to combine.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with toasted pecans. Bake until and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
- Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
