HERE’S HOW TO PREPARE THE MIXTURE:
Wash five green bananas with water, then boil them in a pressure cooker with water for about 10 minutes.
Afterwards, mash them with a fork or use a blender, then put the mush in an ice cube container and leave it in the freezer.
When they’re frozen, take out the cubes and put them in a container with a lid in the freezer again.
You can use the cubes in your favorite fruit juice – just add one
