We like t- bone steak and its the best with this recipe.This is for a big cook out.But you could 1/2 this recipe .
-Can’t wait to try this, but can’t afford such good steaks. is there anyway I can substitue a lesser cut of meat and what could you recommend?

-My husband and I don’t like the taste of cooked wine, is there something else we could use? ex: grape juice?
