2 cans Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits, cut in thirds
6 full-size Snickers bars, cut into 8 pieces
3/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
FOR PEANUT BUTTER GLAZE:
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup milk
Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350° F and prepare a greased Bundt pan.
Take each piece of snickers and wrap 1 piece of biscuit around the piece. Roll the dough into a ball and set aside. Repeat with each biscuit.
In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar and melted butter until combined.
Gently toss all the monkey bread pieces in the melted butter mixture and then toss to coat all the monkey bread. Place half the pieces into the Bundt pan and top with half of the chocolate chips. Repeat with remaining pieces and chocolate.
Bake for 20 – 30 minutes or until the edges turn golden. Mix all ingredients for peanut butter glaze in a bowl until smooth and light in color.
Remove and let cool for 5 minutes, then top with peanut butter glaze.
