Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the prepared baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers, grated Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Mix well to coat the crackers evenly.
Spread the sour cream over the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
