You don’t need to go on a camping trip or even have a picnic to enjoy summer watermelon pie. This can be done inside your home and all you ever need to do is gather the ingredients! Serve this to your friends and I’m sure they will clear out the pan in a few minutes. I know that my family and neighbors absolutely adored this pie and couldn’t get enough of it. 1 package (3 ounces) Jell-o watermelon gelatin
1/4 cup boiling water
1 carton (12 ounces) Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
1 Pillsbury graham cracker crust (9 inches)
In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool to room temperature. Whisk in whipped topping; fold in watermelon. Spoon into crust. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
