HOT SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. minced garlic
½ tsp. lemon juice
9 oz. box frozen spinach, thawed and well drained I wrap it in paper towels and squeeze
7.5 oz. jar artichoke hearts, chopped
1½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 – Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 – In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and mayo and stir until well combined.
3 – Add Parmesan cheese, minced garlic and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
4 – Add spinach, chopped artichoke hearts and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Stir until well incorporated.
5 – Pour and evenly spread in a 8×8 pan.
6 – Sprinkle remaining ½ cup of mozzarella cheese over the top of dip.
7 – Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until heated through.Serve warm.
