DUTCH BABY WITH FRESH FRUIT (BONNIE’S)

This is a good brunch recipe for a lazy Saturday morning. Unusual, giant popover appearance, this dish is so easy, and has been a favorite in my family for as long as I can remember. It takes just 15 minutes to bake it in the cast iron skillet. Fill it with fresh fruit, a squeeze of lemon, and a dusting of powdered sugar. Top with a dollop of whipped cream. Enjoy! The photos are my own, and so is this humble recipe.
