Researchers have found that eating late at night does not lead to more weight. Namely, this study lasted for 6 months and involved people who were divided into two groups.
The first one ate their largest meal at breakfast, while the others had their largest meal after 8 pm.
It was found that participants who ate their largest meal after 8 pm lost 10 percent more body fat and lost 11 percent more weight than the ones who ate their largest meal at breakfast.
The only time that late night eating is problematic is when It is extremely high in calories.
