You’ll need:
1 packet of Petit Beurre cookies.
1 batch of homemade vanilla pudding.
1-2 thinly sliced bananas.
A handful of sliced strawberries.
How to:
In a loaf pan or 8×8 pan, spread a layer of pudding and add a layer of Petit Beurre cookies. Top with a layer of fruit and add a second layer of pudding. Repeat the layers ending with pudding and some fruit for decoration.
Chill covered for 3 hours or so!
