INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs sirloin beef tips
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1 cup beef broth
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Arrange beef tips in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, stir together the soup, gravy mix, onion soup mix, and beef broth. Pour over beef and stir to coat.
- Cover dish tightly with foil and bake for 2 1/2 hours. Serve, and enjoy!
