Instructions
Cake:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix ALL ingredients for “cake batter” together with mixer for 10 minutes (set aside)

Toss together “Apple Mixture” ingredients in separate bowl (set aside)

Butter and flour Bundt or tube pan

Make layers of “cake batter” and “apple mixture” in pan. Starting with cake batter and ending with apples mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for one hour to and 1 hr and 15 mins. Cake will be done when tester inserted into center of cake comes out clean.

Cool on wire rack.
Glaze:

In a bowl add sugar and vanilla, then slowly incorporate milk while stirring until you reach your desired consistency. Drizzle over cake.
