- 14 tablespoons unsalted butter ( 1 3/4 sticks) room temperature, cut into tablespoons
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 2 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
