Bacon & Tomato Pasta Salad

Cook time: 10 Min Prep time: 20 Min Serves: 10-12
1 box rotini pasta, 1 lb.
4-5 green onions, chopped
1 pt cherry tomatoes, halved
1 1/4 c celery, diced
1 1/4 c mayonnaise
5 tsp white vinegar
1 Tbsp sugar
1 lb cooked bacon, crumbled
salt & pepper to taste
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water. In large bowl, combine pasta, green onions, tomatoes and celery. (I didn’t have celery today, so I used celery seed instead) In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper, then pour over pasta mixture. Cover and chill. Just before serving, add bacon.
