This is my favorite recipe for Salisbury Steak. It’s very easy and gets rave reviews! You can simmer this for awhile. The longer you do, the thicker, darker and more flavorful the gravy becomes. This recipe makes extra gravy for mashed potatoes.
-Made this again tonight. Was better the last time I made it. I think it’s because I used Italian bread crumbs instead of plain. Could not find the plain bread crumbs in the kitchen and didn’t have time to run to the store just for that. I will make this again AFTER I get some plain bread crumbs.
-This is a Blue Ribbon recipe for sure! Thank you again… we had it last week again… just updating… I tried this recipe and say it’s Family Tested & Approved!
-I’ve made Sea’s Salisbury Steak many times!!! For my personal taste, I omitted the Worcestershire sauce … but others never complained about it’s taste with or without the sauce. Everyone thought it was delicious and ate till it was all gone!!! It became a regular dinner option in our home so tonight I’ll try making it for my mom =/
-Our daughter frm back east is here visiting & told her this is 1 of the dishes I have got to make her. So we made it together 2nite. Came out jus a lil different then last time, the gravy didn’t came out as rich for some reason & it thickened a lot faster, too. Served w/sides of Cauliflower, Broccoli Casserole & traditional mashed pot’s. She liked it 🙂
